Bridget Robustelli

Head Teacher

 

Before coming to FPNS, Bridget taught at New Canaan Country School, Greenwich Country Day, Boston’s Beacon Hill Nursery School, and The Learning Project. She has taught at FPNS since 2008 and loves watching how much the kids grow each day. Bridget is a tutor and substitute teacher at New Canaan Country School. Bridget has a B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of Rhode Island.

 

Bridget lives in New Canaan with her husband and cat, Rhody. She has three grown children.

Erin Gaudreau

Assistant Teacher

Erin graduated from Tabor Academy and William Smith College with a BA in English and Religious Studies. She was a FPNS Executive board member and parent from 2014-2016. She has taught Sunday school for her church and was the library chair at St. Thomas More nursery on the Upper East Side where her two older children attended nursery school. She has served on the board of West Elementary School where she has also headed up the West School Community Service program (called Kids Care) for the past 5 years.

Erin has lived in New Canaan for 8 years with her three children ages 17, 15 and 10 - all currently attending New Canaan public schools - and her two dogs, George and Daisy.

Ann Slemp

Assistant Teacher 

Ann is a  New Canaan High School graduate and holds a BA in Biology and a BA in Art History from Bucknell University.
She has held numerous PTA positions including Fundraising Chair, Treasurer and President.  Ann worked for 12 years in the College and Career office at NCHS and started teaching preschool in New Canaan in 2005.  She joined FPNS in 2011 as a 3’s teacher.   She loves to cook, go kayaking, walking on the beach and spending time with her four grown kids and their growing families.  Ann says, "I love watching the children grow and learn new things every day at FPNS.  Their pride and sense of accomplishment is all it takes to make me smile!"
