Bridget Robustelli

Head Teacher

 

Before coming to FPNS, Bridget taught at New Canaan Country School and Greenwich Country Day, as well as Boston’s Beacon Hill Nursery School and The Learning Project. She has taught at FPNS since 2008 and loves watching how much the kids grow each day. Bridget is a tutor and substitute teacher at New Canaan Country School and New Canaan Public Schools and has a B.A. in Elementary Education from University of Rhode Island.

 

Bridget lives in New Canaan with her husband and cat, Rhody. She has three grown children.

Ann Slemp

Assistant Teacher

     

Ann is a graduate of New Canaan High School and holds degrees in Biology and Art History from Bucknell University. She started working as a preschool teacher in 1990 in New Jersey.  Ann returned to New Canaan in 1998, and all four of her children are NCHS graduates. She continued teaching 3-, 4-, and 5-year-olds in New Canaan from 2005-2010. 

 

She has worked in the Three's program at FPNS since 2011. Ann loves reading, kickboxing, yoga, and going to the beach.

Erin Gaudreau

Assistant Teacher

Erin graduated from Tabor Academy and William Smith College with a BA in English and Religious Studies. She was a FPNS Executive board member and parent from 2014-2016. She has taught Sunday school for her church and was the library chair at St. Thomas More nursery on the Upper East Side where her two older children attended nursery school. She has served on the board of West Elementary School where she has also headed up the West School Community Service program (called Kids Care) for the past 5 years.

Erin has lived in New Canaan for 8 years with her three children ages 16, 14 and 9 - all currently attending New Canaan public schools - and her dog, George.
